Before the implementation of Ermeo, the evaluation of the state of the installations was carried out via paper monitoring notebooks and Excel files that were very complicated to use (large number of criteria to be filled in, slow to use, double entries...).
From now on, with the digitisation of ENGIE Axima's HVAC equipment maintenance, the maintenance forms to be completed are pre-filled with data related to the equipment and the history of previous interventions. Each technician is thus perfectly accompanied at each stage of his interventions.
In addition to significant time savings (approximately 1 to 2 hours per day, per site and per technician) and improved responsiveness, the digitalization and standardization of their operational processes via our solution has also enabled them to improve the quality of traceability of information collected in the field.
