Engie Axima wants to enhance its service offer on multi-site and multi-technical maintenance contracts for its client, SNCF. The aim is to gain visibility on the field thanks to a better referencing and a better supervision of equipments.
The equipments’ listing was made on an Excel sheet. On the field, technicians had to bring a computer to complete the sheets, or write down the information on paper before entering them on Excel once they got back to work, leading to input errors and incomplete data.
What Ermeo has changed
- The technicians list and update equipments directly using the mobile application
- They can create equipments directly from a family of equipments or an already existing equipment
- They can report incidents in real time
- The recorded data is centralized on a common space for Engie and SNCF
- Communication with the end customer is optimized and the visibility on the field is enhanced
